Each Unit is afforded 1 parking space. A parking sticker must be displayed on the vehicles lower drivers side window in a location as to not obscure the drivers visibility You can download the permit application here and fax it to 617-625-3718 or mail it to 54 Highland Ave. Somerville, MA 02143. Your permit sticker will be mailed shortly there-after.

Should you find another car parked in your space, please do not park in another tenant’s space. Call 617-625-5794. We will arrange to have the vehicle moved. In the meantime be prepared to locate an on street parking space as the process will take no less than 1/2 hour, possibly 3 hours, to complete.

Snow Removal & Parking

Plowing is performed depending on the time and amount of snow on the ground and amount of snow forecast in the hours ahead. The less cars in the parking lot, the easier the job and the better the results. Locating on street parking during snow storms or moving your car when the plow arrives is not required, however, may offer better results in clearing your space.
